The Recipe.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup yoghurt (any natural yoghurt)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
2-2 and a half cup self-raising flour
1/4 parmesan cheese + some for sprinkling
1/2 cup chopped fetta cheese + some for sprinkling
vegetables as much as you want
-mushroom
-corn kernels (i love corn so i put heaps of them)
-spinach
Methods:
Beat eggs + yoghurt + oil + salt
Add sweet chilli sauce
Fold everything else (Well that's what i did)
Scoop into paper cup in a muffin pan.
Bake in an oven with temp about180'C for about 10 mins or until a bit brown-ish.
Serve and eat as much as you desire.

re: tentang loyang cutter tu, kalau di Malaysia, senang je nak cari. kat bakery supplies shop memang ada dijual. infact nowadays, kat sepermarkets pun ada. Tapi kalau di Tasmania, tak tahulah mama. lom sampai sana lagi...
