Mix Vege Sausage Pizza
Resepi asal kat sini ye.
BASIC BREAD RECIPE (Roshayati Johari)
Ingredients :
(A)
500g bread flour/high protein flour
100g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
30g milk powder
1 teaspoon bread improver (optional)
1 teaspoon bread softener (optional)
4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
(B)
250ml water
1 egg (lightly beaten)
(C)
40g butter
40g shortening
Method :
1. Mix well all ingredients in (A)
2. Add (B) into (A) and knead till smooth.
3. Add (C) and continue kneading till smooth and shiny and dough does not stick to your hand.
4. Leave to prove for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out.
6. Divide the dough according to the weight you wish. Make into balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Shape accordingly.
8. Leave to prove for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
9. Bake till golden brown.
Note :
To make this Sausage Mix Vegetable Buns, I divided the dough to 70g each. Shape it and then sprinkle some mix vegetables on top. Pipe some mayonaise and tomato sauce.
[Edit : For ingredient (C), you can also use 80g margarine OR 80g shortening, instead of 40g butter + 40g shortening ]

Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
2 sheets ready rolled shortcrust pastry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 cup grated tasty cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon plain flour
300ml cream
1/2 cup milk
spinach, mushroom, or other veges
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a fluted 3cm deep, 23cm
Line base and sides of flan with pastry. Trim excess. Line pastry with baking paper. Half-fill with dried beans or rice. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove paper and beans. Bake a further 10 minutes or until golden.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook until the onion is caramelised. Add mushroom and spinach and cook until the veges wilted. Drain on paper towels. Cool. Sprinkle over pastry. Top with cheese.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C. Whisk remaining ingredients and salt and pepper in a jug. Pour over the veges. Place onto tray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve.

Carrot Cupcakes
Bahan-bahan:
- 4 biji telur (dibiarkan pada suhu bilik dan diasingkan putih dan kuning)
- 1 1/2 cawan corn oil atau vegetable oil (kalau tiada minyak masak pun boleh)
- 120g gula castor
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cawan carrot (diparut)
- bahan diayak: 250g tepung gandum, 1 sudu teh serbuk cinnamon, 1 1/2 sudu teh baking soda
- 100g walnut (dicincang sedikit)
- 1 sudu teh garam
- utk topping(penyedap kek): 120g butter, 250g creamcheese,120g icing sugar
Cara-cara
- Pukul kuning telur, kemudian masukkan minyak, gula (kedua- dua jenis) dan carrot. kacau sebati, masukkan walnut
- masukkan bahan yang diayak.Kacau perlahan guna senduk kayu. Masukkan garam..
- dlm mangkuk yg lain, pukul putih telur sampai betul2 kembang(soft peak form)step ni penting! dan masukkan dlm adunan kek tadi
- bakar pada suhu 170C selama 50 min
- tips: bila dah masak, cucuk dgn lidi. Kadang2 bila cucuk tak melekat lagi tapi ada nampak berminyak lagi means belum masak betul.Kurangkan suhu ke 150C~160C dan bakar lagi selama beberapa minit sehingga kek benar2 masak
- utk topping, pukul semua bahan2 hingga sebati & ringan.Hias atas kek yg telah disejukkn pd suhu bilik kemudian tabur dgn hirisan almond atau kelapa kering yg digoreng tanpa minyak sekejap terlebih dahulu(optional)

Lasagna
Okay. So this is the entry for today.
Lasagna.
Bhn2:
Red sauce:
Minyak secukupnya
1 biji bwg besar
2 ulas bwg putih
3 camca kecil serbuk cili (kalo xmo pedas leh kurangkan)
stgh mangkuk daging cincang (kalo nk tmbh lg boleh juge) -or boleh ganti dgn daging ayam cincang
1 botol sos pasta (yg besar)
2-3 cawan air
semangkuk mixed vege
White sauce:
4 camca besar tepung gandum
2 camca besar mentega/ marjerin
1 cwn susu segar
2 inci cheese block yg diparut (up to u kot) -guna sliced cheese pon ok jugak dlm 4-5 keping
sekotak instant lasagna
Cara2:
Panaskn oven pada suhu 170 darjah celsius.
Blend bwg besar and bwg putih.
Panaskn kuali, letak sedikit minyak, 'saute' daging cincang sampai berubah warna pastu angkat.
Gunakan kuali yg same, letak secukupnya minyak utk menumis bwg yg dah diblend dan serbuk cili. Bg gring sket.
Tambahkn air, sos pasta, daging dan bg mendidih.
Masukkan mixed vege.
Perasakn dgn garam dan gula secukupnya. Tp bg jd kurang masin sket dari biasa sbb nanti ntah mcm mane lasagna akn jd masin kalo sos tu secukup rasa.
Ble da mendidih lg skali tutup api.
Dlm periuk kecik yg laen, campurkan susu, butter, dan tepung. Kacau sampai tepung larut baru panaskn atas dapur. Bila da pekat dan mendidih alihkn dari dapur dan tambah cheese parut. Kacau rata2 sampai cheese tu cair.
Dlm satu dulang casserole or pape dulang utk membakar, sendukkn red sauce sampai memenuhi dasar bekas. Lapiskn dgn lasagna sheet. Mane yg tak muat leh patah2kn. Lapiskn dgn white sauce, red sauce dan lasagna sheet berulang2 sampai bekas pnoh.
But make sure atas skali mesti kuah dan semua lasagna sheet terendam so dia xkn meleding ble bakar nanti. Boleh topkn dgn cheese parut.
Bakar dlm oven sampai lasagna sheet tu ble dicucuk jd lembut. Biasanya dlm 20-30minit atau lebih.
Resepi ni boleh buat 2 bekas casserole.
